Accelerated Deployment Methodology™ (ADM)

The AgilityWorks Accelerated Deployment Methodology™ provides an iterative model-driven project approach that fits better with certain type of projects including:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Business Intelligence
  • Composite Applications

Classical methodologies incorporate large-scale upfront design phases prior to build; however in certain domains such as BI, EPM and E-SOA a modelling-based approach which allows the deliverable to go through a more iterative development, play back and refinement accelerates deployment and improves the quality of the end-result.

Fast Start™ Packages

Accelerated SAP (ASAP)

ASAP is SAP's standard project methodology.  For large-scale ERP-centric projects that have chosen to utilise a classical waterfall methodology like ASAP, AgilityWorks consultants utilise powerful domain-specific accelerators that we have developed in-house to supplement the ASAP methodology.
