Associate scheme

Full-time employment is not the only option.

At AgilityWorks, we know that not everyone wants a standard full-time employment contract. At the other end of the scale, we know that being a sole trader contractor does not guarantee interesting work opportunities and can be a lonely experience. Getting people with the right skills is important to us and we have flexible options available to give both parties a positive solution.

We have therefore introduced an innovative Associate Scheme, which gives you employment on your terms. Although not employees, our Associates are treated as an extended team.

Our Associates have a special relationship with us, through which we benefit from their skills over the long-term, and they get access to our knowledge, our skills and our projects.
