This business critical application is responsible for capturing over 90% of the 3500 sales orders received from customers each week. The project scope mobilises a key set of business processes including contact management, complex appointment booking, quotation management, order management (featuring pricing, a product configurator and secure payment card processing) and invoicing; the innovative solution is built upon an advanced shipment of the SAP Unwired Platform (SUP) version 2.1.1; it will be one of the first projects in the UK to deliver a native Android application through the SUP framework.
