AgilityWorks’ customer showcases solution at 2011 Gartner CRM Summit

On Monday 14th March 2011, Julian Bond, Head of ICT for Hillarys Blinds, presented at the 2011 Gartner CRM Summit held in the Lancaster Hotel, London.
Julian’s presentation described the customer service solution designed and delivered by AgilityWorks, covering agile delivery methods, innovation, best practice customer service, SOA and successful partnerships.
Gartner and SAP specifically selected the Hillarys story from amongst all other SAP CRM projects delivered in the UK and Europe during 2010.
