AgilityWorks complete Retail BI project
AgilityWorks are pleased to announce that they have completed a greenfield SAP BI project within 4 months.
The project delivered automated management reporting for appointments, conversion and order analysis. The business were suffering from a very common problem; they were having to spend significant amounts of time downloading data from their enterprise applications and manually manipulating this into spreadsheets each week. This was time consuming and did not provide the necessary insight when further questions were asked about "why" the performance indicators were as indicated.
Leveraging SAP BI the business are able to automate the provision of the reports and importantly drill through to further detail to understand 'cause' and 'effect'. The project was an important step for the business to have confidence that SAP BI when deployed correctly can provide a highly scaleable cost-effective solution.
