Local Authority Citizen Data Hub utilising SAP MDM
AgilityWorks and Mouchel are delivering a pioneering local authority citizen data hub based on SAP's Master Data Management (MDM) suite to enable the Council to improve its customer data quality.
The effective management of citizen data is a complex issue but a single view of the citizen is critical to deliver effective, efficient and joined-up public sector services and support. AgilityWorks are leveraging their expert knowledge of data management projects and SAPs MDM / NetWeaver suite to enable the effective delivery of this pioneering project in conjunction with Mouchel's deep customer, delivery management and industry know-how.
Through SAP’s CRM and MDM, the Council will bring together data from other disparate systems to provide an improved quality of service, enabling them to target services much more effectively and reduce costs by having access to better information. The end vision is to provide joined-up cohesive services across the whole of the Council.
