Senior Appointment: CRM Solutions Practice Director
Ben Robinson joins AgilityWorks from Atos Origin. We are pleased to announce Ben Robinson has joined the AgilityWorks leadership team with responsibility for Customer Management solutions. Ben brings 14 years consulting experience and prior to joining Ben was Solution Director (CRM) at Atos Origin for 4 years and spent 6 years within SAP Consulting delivering SAP CRM solutions.
The tight integration of our CRM practice with our other competetencies ensure we are able to offer the highest quality solutions that are underpinned by high quality customer data, provide effective customer information and utilise the latest technology to provide innovative multi-channel solutions that take advantage of the latest mobile and web developments.
Our current project portfolio include upgrades to the latest SAP CRM7 as well as greenfield SAP CRM implementations across Service, Sales and Marketing capabilities.
