We offer pre-project services to help our clients define their vision and roadmap.   The AgilityWorks Discovery services provide a practical cost-effective approach to obtain approval for projects.

Through our Delivery services we bring our wealth of project experience to deliver effective, agile business solutions against the roadmap.

AgilityWorks Optimisation services allow our clients who have already invested in putting in place a base capability but are looking to enhance, improve or upgrade their solutions.

We have invested in the development of a powerful methodology and have created accelerators to ensure repeatable quality and lower cost delivery. Following a purely classical ERP methodology for the delivery of information management and E-SOA projects typically result in inflexible solutions that do not deliver the desired business benefits. Our methodology and supporting architecture reference model can be utilised as the core delivery model or our approach and accelerators can be integrated into traditional approaches such as SAP's ASAP methods.

Our solution offerings focus on the SAP and Business Objects solutions platforms, which comprise powerful enterprise applications and best-in-class BI & CPM solutions underpinned by an SOA-based composition environment. We track the product roadmap very closely, so we are able to exploit new tools as they are ready to be used in the market.
