This service is specifically aimed at organisations that have completed the business blueprint for their SAP Planning solution and are looking for an impartial assessment against best practice.  The benefits of the service include improved quality of project deliverables, reduced cost of implementation and less post-project fixes.

AgilityWorks operate a three-level design review service allowing us to offer a tiered price point and a fixed price offering for our Level 1 and Level 2 reviews. Our review services are carried out by our senior consultants following a standard approach and utilising standard deliverable templates.

SAP Integrated Planning (IP) Solution Review

The AgilityWorks IP Solution Review provides an independent assessment of the functional and technical BI deliverables against best-practice. Following our standardised approach this review includes a hands-on evaluation of the delivered solution from query to extraction against the defined business requirements for the project.

SAP IP is a modelling tool which typically means there are a number of configuration options for delivering the solution against the high initial design. Failure to deliver best practice configuration can have significant implications affecting future flexibility, performance and maintenance costs. Having built our credentials within SAP's consulting organisation and rescued a large number of BI projects, we are best placed to advise customers on best practice solution delivery.
