SAP BI Fast Start Consultation (No fee consultation)

Getting started with SAP BI need not cost the earth. AgilityWorks Fast Start services are specifically aimed at organisations that want to get an initial SAP BI platform in place. Our Fast Start services are offered at a fixed price (including installation and configuration) and this initial free of charge consultation enables us to tailor the deliverable to meet your needs.

During the initial consultation we will assess your current situation and recommend the optimal Fast Start service. Typically the Fast Start solution is realised (end-to-end) within 6 weeks including handover and knowledge transfer on the delivered solution.

Deliver

SAP BI Blueprint and Design Review

This service is for organisations that have completed the business blueprint for their SAP BI solution and are looking for an impartial assessment of the deliverable against best practice. The SAP BI Design Review has proven its value with a number of our clients including large-scale global deployments. The benefits of the service include improved quality of project deliverables, reduced cost of implementation and reduced post-project fixes.

AgilityWorks operate a three-level design review service allowing us to offer a tiered price point and a fixed price offering for our Level 1 and Level 2 reviews. Our review services are carried out by our senior consultants following a standard approach and utilising standard deliverable templates.

SAP BI Solution Review

The AgilityWorks BI Solution Review provides an independent assessment of the functional and technical BI deliverables against best-practice. Following our standardised approach this review includes a hands-on evaluation of the delivered solution from query to extraction against the defined business requirements for the project.

SAP IP is a modelling tool which typically means there are a number of configuration options for delivering the solution against the high initial design. Failure to deliver best practice configuration can have significant implications affecting future flexibility, performance and maintenance costs. Having built our credentials within SAP's consulting organisation and rescued a large number of BI projects, we are best placed to advise customers on best practice BI solution delivery.

SAP BI Upgrade Assessment

Leverage our extensive experience with SAP BI upgrades to ensure success for your own upgrade. This intensive one-day assessment helps reduce risk and lower the costs associated with your impending upgrade to SAP BI v7.

The assessment reviews key aspects of the upgrade including functional and technical considerations. Following the assessment you will be provided with an Upgrade Assessment report that will cover project objectives, key upgrade components, readiness assessment (technical and functional) and a high level upgrade plan with resource estimates.
