Data Discovery and Roadmap
This intensive one-day workshop is intended for organisations that are looking to improve the quality of their data for the long-term. During the session we will explore the current situation and create an initial Data Management roadmap.
Recognising that high quality data is of strategic importance to the business is a critical first step; but working out how to address the "data quality challenge" can be a daunting task.
Leveraging our vast client experience in this area we work with you to put some structure around 'the problem' and the approaches that can be taken to resolve this. The Discovery & Roadmap Workshop enables organisations to identify (master) data elements that represent areas of pain, cost and risk. This workshop will assist organisations in identifying incremental projects that offer a high return on investment and show the value of master data management to a broad segment of the business.
